The ministry of Dr. Kenneth Meadors spans 61 years as a pastor, teacher, counselor, and education administrator, with pastorates in Missouri, Texas, and Georgia. He has served as the Dean of Academic Affairs and Chancellor of Vineyard Harvester Bible School and Seminary (VHBSS) for the past twenty years. In addition to his administrative duties, he taught courses in Bible, Ministry, Social Studies, Christian Counseling, and Christian Education.

On April 25, 2019, Vineyard Harvester Bible School and Seminary came under the leadership of Bishop Gary Clowers. Dr. Meadors will assume the title, Dean Emeritus, and remain on the board of directors and an advisor to President Clowers. Dr. Meadors is also on the Board of Directors of Apostolic School of Ministry (ASM), with branches in Huntsville, Alabama and Cartersville, Georgia.

Dr. Meadors holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in mathematics from the University of Memphis, and he was a high school mathematics teacher for eight years. He also has Master of Arts in Education and Doctor of Education degrees in counseling from Southeast Missouri State University and the University of Memphis, respectively. He served 5 years as a high school counselor and psychological examiner as well as several years as a licensed professional counselor in Family, Marriage, and personal issues. Dr. Meadors also was an off campus instructor for Southwest Missouri Baptist College and a part-time faculty member of Georgia Highland College in the field of psychology.In addition, he holds a Doctor of Divinity degree from Grace Seminary.

Dr. Meadors was the founder of a Christian School, New Covenant Christian Academy in Cartersville, Georgia. He also served as the headmaster of Cedar Lake Christian Academy in Cedartown, Georgia for about three years, in addition to his duties with Vineyard Harvester Bible School and Seminary.

Dr. Meadors has authored several books, including his autobiography, Life Is Just a Journey: My Journey through Life. Others titles include, So You Want to be a Minister? which is in outline form. Other outline publications are Sermon Outlines: Volumes One and Two; Series of Biblical Topics Outlines: Volumes One and Two. His book, What on Earth Are You Doing Here? is a primer on the purposes of God in the earth through His divine kingdom. Dr. Meadors has written over 350 songs, and the lyrics are published in a book entitled, Original Song Lyrics. Dr. Meadors and his wife Nancy have been married for 59 years, and they have three sons, one daughter, four granddaughters, six great-granddaughters, and four great-grandsons. Together they have ministered all their married life through their teaching, preaching, and counseling.
